If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your item.
If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrance bottles that have been opened, or beauty products that have been used.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
